How it works
These points are relevant for all sessions, except Tea Breaks which are just a chill hangout.
- These calls take place on Zoom and you will need a microphone and camera to take part.
- Members will take turns to speak, while others are on mute. Moderators state who speaks when.
- If you have a question, we ask that you use the raise hand feature on Zoom
- These calls will be recorded and shared in the Membership community for yourself and others to watch back
Workshop ETIQUETTE
- Arrive on time – please ensure you arrive at the designated start time so that you hear the introduction and listen to the points made by all members of the group. This ensures a respectful, balanced conversation and avoids repetition of points that members might have missed if showing up late
- Stay on-topic – while we understand there may be a need to mention other parts of your business to offer context to your point, we ask that all discussion remain on-topic
- Keep it brief – these calls are just 30 or 60 mins long, so to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to speak (if they wish) we ask that you keep your points brief, on-topic and current
- All welcome – You’re welcome to come along to just listen in if you don’t want to speak
Please note: this is not an opportunity for members to receive feedback on specific challenges they are experiencing (hot-seat style) or chat about an irrelevant topic – this can be done during our tea break calls. Rather, workshops are collaborative, explorative group discussions.
