We are there for the people who need a kick up the ass. We motivate, inspire, give you a dose of fab ideas that work for you, and send you off feeling fired up.
We believe there’s no point in learning if you don’t implement, and the main reason people don’t implement things is either lack of confidence, lack of get-up-and-go or something deeper holding them back. We dig into those things, and give you some ideas to be getting on with. It’s like therapy mixed with mentoring. Yes, we’ve made several people cry. But it’s only because they’re so relieved to hear what they didn’t even know they needed to hear.
Sessions take place on Zoom with both Anna and Todd. Anna is straight-talking (I’ve been called savage but I’m really not, I just want you to find your most awesome self!), and a solutions and actions person. Todd is introspective and thoughtful and hears the problems you don’t say as well as the ones you do.
Our ethos is that we’re all about running your business your way, and helping you feel good and ready to smash it.
Topics – we’ll generally cover one in-depth or two less in-depth over the hour.
